COMMERCIAL / AGRI TYRE FITTER

We are recruiting for a Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our busy team across the Hexham and Carlisle areas.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Check, remove, replace and repair tyres on commercial vehicles
• Repair punctures and correct air pressures on commercial vehicle tyres
• Increase revenue through upselling to customers
• Advise customers about tyre conditions and requirements
• Load and unload tyre stock
• Abide by company policies and health and safety regulations at all times
• Attend call-outs to customer premises

Key requirements for this role are:

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Qualified and experienced in commercial tyre fitting
• Able to work on a variety of vehicles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pro-active approach and able to use own initiative
• Reliable and able to work to deadlines

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

TRAINEE COMMERCIAL TYRE FITTER / AGRI TYRE FITTER

We are recruiting for a Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter / Agri Tyre Fitter to join our busy team.

As a Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter / Agri Tyre Fitter, you will be trained to fit, maintain, and repair tyres on a variety of commercial and agricultural vehicles.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Assist in the fitting, balancing and repair of commercial / agri tyres
• Learn to identify faults
• Support senior tyre fitters in the maintenance and replacement of tyres
• Be part of an on-site team, providing excellent customer service

Key requirements for this role are:

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Pro-active approach and able to use own initiative
• Reliable and able to work to deadlines

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
